Over 140 people attended the open meeting of the proposed supporters trust at the Civic Hall, Crawley on Tuesday evening.

After hearing presentations from Chris Barratt, representing the Steering Group, Jacqui Forster from Supporters Direct and members of the AFC Wimbledon, Reading and Exeter City trusts the proposal to form a trust for Crawley Town was passed by a clear majority.

Minutes from the meeting will be posted online in a few days for those who were unable to attend.

Those in attendance who have shown an interest in being part of the working group to take the trust through the launch process will be contacted over the next week or so with details of the first working group meeting.

Attendees who completed contact slips will be kept up to date of the progress of the working group by the preferred form of contact marked on their slip. People will also be able to keep up to date with the working group's progress via this website.
