19 January - AGM set for Thursday 29th March

The first Devils Trust AGM will be held on Thursday 29th March 2007 at a venue to be confirmed.

Nomination forms will shortly be sent to all members and in order to receive this communication your membership application and payment must have been received by Friday 26th January .

Ballot papers will follow towards the middle of February. In order to receive a ballot paper, and therefore be eligible to vote for the Trusts first Board and Committee, your membership application and payment must have been received by Friday 9th February.

Please note that the meeting will only be open to Trust members.
