25 March - Annual General Meeting update

The inaugural Annual General Meeting of the Devils Trust is being held on Thursday 29th March at 7.30pm at Southgate West Community Centre.

All members should have received a pack providing details of the AGM, along with their share certificate and membership card.

In February we wrote and asked all members for nominations for the election to the Board. The model rules, as set out by Supporters Direct, state that the Board must be made of between 6 and 12 members. This means that we needed to receive 13 nominations for an election to be held. As we received 6 nominations Supporters Direct confirmed that it was not necessary to hold an election. However, in the spirit of transparency we have made available the manifesto statements written by each of the nominees. If you have any comments about the process or the candidates, you will have an opportunity to make these at the meeting.

The agenda for this meeting and a copy of the accounts are also available to download using the links below. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete and return your proxy voting form so that your vote is cast in your absence.

We would also ask you to complete and return the questionnaire with any comments on the Trust and our future strategy. Please make use of the stamped addressed envelope that was included in your pack and return this to us, so that we can listen and act on your comments.
