17th July 2009 - The Devils Trust Local Heroes Scheme

Do you know someone who deserves a great day out at CTFC ? Nominations are invited

The Devils Trust are proud to sponsor the Local Heroes scheme for season 2009/10 for all Blue Square Premier home matches at Crawley Town Football Club.

Based on nominations from the Crawley public, the Trust will select two people to become special matchday guests of the club, with executive package tckets, which includes:

Dedicated seating in the Directors Area - a complimentary hot buffet meal, with a glass of wine or soft drink - Complimentary match-day programme - Team sheet - Half time tea, coffee & biscuits - Big screen television showing live sport - Regular visits by team management and players - Exclusive pay bar facility - Exclusive raffles

We thank the football club for the support and encouragement that they have given to the project.

The recipients will be nominated - by the community at large - as deserving of the day out - in recognition of their contribution to the local community. The only restrictions are that nominations must be local (CTFC catchment area) and are not selected for any political duties or roles that they have undertaken. (Please note: That individuals who are serving members of HM armed forces and their family CAN be nominated).

Nominations can be for individuals (carers, volunteers) or organisations (such as charities) in the latter instance we will allow the group to select the recipients from their own ranks

In addition to nominations the Trust plan, as a matter of course, to offer the mid-week game packages to the local hospital, hospice, police, ambulance station, fire station, youth group leaders and social services.

The Trust intends that this scheme will help to strengthen the ties between the club & local community that it serves, while equally rewarding those who deserve recognition.
